The Color SoftShades Activator is a development fluid that ensures that the SoftShades color can develop into a beautiful deep color in the hair.

Use:

Mix 1 part Color SoftShades Activator with 1 part Color Softshades color rinse in the Royal Kis Applicator bottle or in a dye tray and apply to the hair. Keep the processing time of 5-20 minutes and wash it with a shampoo and rinse it out.
