Instructions:
Mix (in a non-metallic container) 1 part DCM Non-Volatile Lightening Powder with 1.5 or 2 parts Oxidizer 10/20/30/40 volume (depending on the desired result).

Development time:
35-50 minutes. After the treatment, rinse hair thoroughly and follow with DCM After-Colour Shampoo.
