RefectoCil Eyebrow & Eyelash Tint – 3 x 15ml Tubes + 3% Oxi Cream

How to Use:

1. Mix 2cm of RefectoCil Tint with 10 drops of Oxidant Liquid or 15–20 drops of Oxi Cream in a mixing dish.
2. Apply carefully to the eyelashes (with eyes closed).
3. For eyebrows, apply in the direction of hair growth using the same or a lighter shade.
4. Leave to develop for 5–10 minutes depending on desired intensity.
5. Remove with a dry cotton pad. Any excess tint on the skin can be removed with RefectoCil Tint Remover (not for use directly around the eyes).

Cleaning After Application:

• Eyebrows: Remove tint with a dry cotton pad, then clean any remaining residue with water if needed.
• Eyelashes: Remove eye protection papers directly from the eyelids without sliding. Wipe away excess tint with a dry cotton pad. If necessary, finish with a damp cotton pad (eyes must remain closed).

Choosing the Right Shade:

• Make light lashes visible by tinting the sun-bleached ends.
• Enhance light eyebrows by matching them to natural hair color.
• For blonding: use RefectoCil No. 0 Blonde to lighten brows/lashes up to 3 shades before tinting with darker colors (No. 4 or No. 4.1) for a more intense effect.

Blonding instructions:

• Mix 2cm of No. 0 Blonde with 20–25 drops of Oxi Cream.
• Apply to brows/lashes (with eyes closed) for 5–20 minutes, depending on desired lightening.
• Remove with a dry cotton pad, followed by cleansing with water.

Processing Times:

• Shades 1, 1.1, 2, 2.1, 3, 3.1 → 5–10 minutes
• Shades 4, 4.1 → 10–20 minutes
• Shade 0 Blonde → 5–20 minutes

Allergy Test:

Before use, mix 1cm of tint with 1cm of 3% Oxidant. Apply behind the ear or inside the elbow and leave for 72 hours. If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, do not proceed with the treatment.
